In an informal 'Wish List Poll' in a recent issue of the Hosta Journal, this plant ranked third on the list of most wanted hostas. Only 'Dorothy Benedict' and 'Spilt Milk', both of which are very difficult to find, ranked higher. The leaves are very dark green, cupped, and very heavily puckered. The color and texture make it an outstanding specimen. Currently in very short supply. Lavender flowers.
Deep green leaves rounded and cupped.
Heavily-textured foliage of black-green is sure to make an impression! Lavender flowers.
