Info | Streaked breeder:* Center is a unique blend with distinct parches of green, gold, and creams with a broad irregular gold edge. Each leaf is unique and changes throughout the season. Banner shape streak leaf. A sport of 'Gold Standard'. One of those H. 'Gold Standard' sports, this one has a leaf center that has a blend of colors ranging from gold, green and cream and a broad irregular margin that ends up a goldish green. Each leaf is different from another and they change as the season progresses; typical Fortunei lavender flowers. One of the most commented on hostas during the hosta convention. The center is a unique blend with distinct patches of greens, golds, and creams, with a broad irregular gold edge. Each leaf is unique and changes throughout the season. 'Collector's Banner' is a 'Gold Standard' "double sport" in which both the center and the edge colors have changed. New leaves emerge with white centers and gold edges with stripes of green where they meet. Over the season, the centers turn green while the edges get lighter, presenting an ever-changing display with no two leaves being the same color. |
