InfoIt won the gold section at First Look 2006.
The petioles are a nice cranberry red and the flower scape will also be a dark cranberry color.
We think H. 'Cranberry Wine' is an exceptional plant...it is a seedling from H. 'Cinnamon Sticks' x H. 'Tequila Sunrise' and has bright yellow leaves that become chartreuse. Pointed leaves are shiny, very wavy and have wonderful substance.
The petioles become cranberry-colored as the season progresses and purple flowers appear late in the season on top of dark cranberry scapes.
When combined with various pod parents, it adds undulation to the leaves, red pets, soft colors, gloss to the leaves, pointed tips.
