| Info | Streaked breeder:**. The spring expression of this hosta is WILD, expressing a wild splashing and streaking, ranging from pale cream to golden chartreuse. Streaked, splotched. Every leaf is unique. Color holds thru early summer and then takes on more of a muted hue. of montana type, this plant is behind all of the Tompkins variegated hostas, and is extremely prepotent as a breeder. Elongated leaves of heavy substance with very nice, undulating/wavy edging. There is nothing else quite like it. Light green with light yellow/blue/green blotching or spotting in spring. Greens up in summer. Viridiscent. No two leaves are alike. May be unstable. Lavender flowers. Rapid grower. Classic example of mottled variegation. An awesome beauty in the spring. Large plant with green leaves mottled, splashed, blotched and patched with yellow. this plant is a real show-stopper in areas with extended spring weather and cool nights. Viridescent.
