| Info | PP20798 (2/3/2010), EUPBR26642. Stunning new variegated sport of H. 'Fire Island', yellow leaf surrounded by a striking green border is held on a red petiole. Just as with the parent the red comes up into the leaf and lavender flowers This stunning sport of 'Fire Island' is very similar to its parent but displays a dark green, jetting margin around the edge of the brilliant yellow leaves. They are held on red petioles, and the red coloring extends up into the base of the leaves. Lavender flowers are produced in midsummer. Stunning variegated sport from H. 'Fire Island', beautiful yellow leaf surrounded by a striking green border held on a red petiole. The red comes up into the leaf. Topped with lavender flowers. Has proven to be quite vigorous and really performs very well. |
