Info | It is a subtle-colored darker centered sport of 'August Moon' ... According to Jim it is pronounced "Shay'-luh" - Mayan word for a beautiful location in western Guatemala. A sport from H. 'August Moon' with all the basic characteristics of its parent except its leaves are medium green with greenish-yellow margins. Note: the official registration contains a misprint - it says "stable color contrast" - it should read "subtle color contrast." This one doesn't jump out at you... it adds a subtle note to the family of 'August Moon' sports. |
