Info | Blue green heart shaped leaves. White flowers. Named for Buckshaw Gardens in Dorset, England. Frosty blue leaves, heavily corrugated. Light lavender flowers in June. Large upright light blue, flat leaves. Good substance, white flowers. Flat blue-green leaves make an erect mound, good substance; white flowers. From the late Eric Smith and named after his nursery in England, this is a H. tokudama offspring, resembling the species but the cupped leaves are much bluer. Slow growing. Winner of the Royal Horticulture Society Award of merit, the Minnesota Blue Award in 1980, and the Nancy Minks Award (best small to medium sized cultivar) in 1987. White flowers. Intensely corrugated blue foliage that is heavily substanced. One of our best blues. Near white flowers. Large, very blue plant found at Hillier Nursery in England in the sixties. White flowers. |
