Info | A sport of 'Lakeside Contender' with broad, shiny gold leaves that come to a point. Gradually, a chartreuse center develops for a subtle combination. Hosta 'Going for Gold' forms a large, somewhat upright mound that is crowned with near white flowers. 'Going for Gold' adds a light green center to its plain gold Lakeside parent, that makes a pleasant but subtle combination. It will get about three feet across with leaves around 10". |
