Info | Seedling of H. 'Holly's Honey' from Dr. Benedict: light yellow heart-shaped leaves have good substance and are slightly wavy. no corrugation. Topped with violet flowers in late June. Sold for $1050 at the 2000 AHS auction. Foliage mound is 25" wide x 15" tall. Leaves are 7" long x 7" wide, 8 pairs of veins, light yellow in color. Brightest in sun from July until Fall. Leaves are cordate with a few small undulations. Medium violet, tubular flowers in late June on 27" tall bloom scapes with leafy bracts. H. 'Holly's Honey' selfed. |
