Info | Hosta 'Lakeside Little Gem' is a small plant. Its heavy substance and small, ruffled leaves won the hearts of visitors in Germany in '92 when it was voted the favorite plant of the Garden Trial Days. It has also been a section winner in our AHS shows. Rich purple flowers complement the deeply colored leaves. The parentage is unknown. It is a 1993 registration. The leaf is ovate with a rounded base. The seeds are viable [MC]. Neat clump of tiny undulating green leaves; lavender flowers. Miniature - neat clump of tiny undulating green leaves, lavender flowers. National section winner in 1992. Voted garden favorite in Germany 96 Garden Days. |
