InfoThin glowing buter yellow leaves that turn to a rich green with a slight satin finis.
This is not a strong flowering plant and rarely sets seed.
Better than 'Sea Fire' its nearest look alike 'Wogon' x 'Tokadama'.
The name says it ALL! I have daffodil that are not as glowing yellow. In fact, this hosta is often emerging from the ground with the last of the daffodils and it out shines, out glows, and out yellows the daffodil. 'Like Butta' is viridescent. It changes to medium green. It clumps quickly. It does not produce a lot of bloom. I believe it has had a pod or two in the past but using this plant in a program is not the reason to have it in your garden. This is a medium sized plant. It is the unlikely cross between 'Wogon' and 'Tokudama'. I think it shares more in common with 'Wogon' than 'Tokudama'. This plant is a far better version of 'Sea Fire' its nearest look alike.
