Not many of Mildred Seaver's introductions were named without her trademark 'SEA' prefix. This is one of those rare ones. This is 'Richmond'. Richmond is Mildred's maiden name. This plant was dug from Mildred's own garden and was offered at a New England Hosta Society meeting in 1996. I was the lucky bidder on this one and now you have that same opportunity! This is OS from the master's hand. Son Charlie believes that this plant is connected to Mildred's H.'Crayons', a streaked breeder with unique coloration. Donated in Mildred's honor.
