InfoScimitar is an example of "when hybridizing goes right". It is a cross of 'Neptune' and 'Maya Kingsnake' and has the best attributes of both. It forms a medium to large clump of elegantly recurred narrow blue green leaves with a wavy edge which highlights the beautiful white backs. This vigorous hosta has been in my garden for over a decade and gets better every year. I decided to enter it in the First Look competition in 2016 and it was a triple ribbon winner. It is quite fertile both pollen and pod, producing many superb offspring that I have spread throughout my garden.
