| Info | This is Bob Kuk's 2000 introduction of a H.'Blue Wedgewood' sport. Here's what Bob has to say about it: "A small hosta featuring leaves of heavy substance with a gold center and a blue margin. Grows equally well in sun or shade. Named for Ken Ziarek's daughter Becky." This small beauty is thick with a blue-green slightly rippled edge and later in the season it has a bright yellow center. The Bob Kuk introduction was a birthday present to Becky Ziarek after which it was named. The plant is from the collection of Ken Ziarek and he will provide a double OS division to the winning bidder. H. 'Punky' is a nice grower and cute like Becky! Now you know "the rest of the story". |
