Info | Another one of Doug Beilstein's excellent very blue hostas with an unusual leaf shape. This medium to large hosta has puckered waxy blue leaves that are folded into petite kayaks. Named for his grandson. Emerges with a strong blue, mirror-like reflective surface that then becomes slightly puckered and folded (like a boat shape). The name 'Rowan My Boat' fits perfectly. Leaves emerge shiny before developing their glaucous coating later. |
