Info | The name honors Tomoko Kamo, daughter of Dr. Mototeru Kamo, formerly an associate of Maekawa and master of Kamo Hanashobu-en, a well-known nursery specializing in Hosta and Iris, located near Mount Fuji in Shizuoka Prefecture. German Tardiana, largest of all the Tardianas. A nice "blue" from Heinz Klose of Germany: broad leaves come to a point and show some corrugation but not much. Veins are deeply impressed and the clump is topped with lavender flowers. |
