| Info | Streaked breeder:***** Dark green with vibrant gold and cream streaking which varies from leaf to leaf. Unstable. Good for breeding variegated seedlings. This is the streaked form of 'Christmas Tree'. It's unstable, so it will revert to the margined form unless the eyes that lose their streaking are removed. Primarily of interest to breeders. Round, dark green leaves with near white streaks, good substance, corrugation, pink streaked pods. Leaves STRIPED with creamy gold. The fascinating striping varies from leaf to leaf but is always interesting. Unstable, has variegated kids. This bright green forms a gleaming clump with leaves STRIPED with creamy gold - not applied on the edges like 'C.T.' This invaluable breeder with its purplish pods is 18" tall, making a 24" dense clump. The fascinating striping varies from leaf to leaf but is always interesting. In reproducing, it is true that certain buds may revert to 'C.T.', but the striped buds do reproduce themselves; I have a row of pots of it. It is a beautiful plant to see and to use! |
