| Info | A sport discovered in the micropropagation lab. It came out of H. 'Cheatin' Heart'. This will be a small Hosta with a green center and gold/chartreuse margins. She's a real looker! A sport of 'Cheatin Heart' with very small, heart-shaped leaves, gold with a green margin. Purple flowers. A delightful sport of the mini H. 'Cheatin Heart' from Zumbar. Comes up in the spring with bright gold leaves looking just like Cheatin Heart, but then develops a green center. By mid season the center is dark green. Second flush is again initially gold contrasting well with the older leaves. Somewhat larger than 'Cheatin Heart' and vigorous for a mini. The reverse sport, H. 'Stolen Kiss', is also available. |
