Info | 18" tall. Light Shade. This has always been one of my favorite unique hostas, but unfortunately it is very hard to find. This Eldrin Minks hybrid (H. 'Undulata' x H. ventricosa 'Aureomaculata') makes an attractive 2' wide clump of butterscotch leaves with a contrasting wide green border. The color contrast intensifies as the season progresses. In early summer, the clumps are topped with 20" scapes of dark lavender flowers. Variegation is very subtle, chartreuse with a dark green margin. The plant comes from H. ventricosa 'Aureomaculata' and the variegation holds all season. |
